Perrin À Paris, France carriage clock in engraved corniche brass case with 8 day, time, half hour strike and hour repeat, spring driven movement with fine platform escapement and helicoil hairspring and Roman numeral white enamel dial, c1840
CONDITION:
winds and strikes, but will not cease striking until the spring is wound down. The platform escapement is incredibly fine with a very finely wrought jeweled lever escapement and helicoil hairspring. There are no hairlines on the dial. Ht 7 1/4" to top of handle
